High Voltage Regulator
Equivalent to the CV2194. Here is the STC data sheet. This is a 310 volt, low current (2-4 mA) stabiliser. It is probably internally a cascade of several lower voltage stages (3?), as there is no gas with such a high ionisation voltage.
